Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Full Refunds:
- To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in brand new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition before a refund is issued.
- Refunds are allowed within 5 days of receiving the product.
2. Exchanges:
- Customers are permitted to exchange products within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must also be in brand new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process outlined below and specify the item you wish to exchange for.
3. Return Process:
- Customers must initiate the return process in accordance with the timelines given under the type of return (5 days for refunds and 30 days for exchanges).

4. Non-Returnable Items:
